My daughter has had problems with her knees and ankles from her early teens, which meant playing netball and skiing was risky and usually resulted in numerous injuries. About two years ago we asked Nathalie to help my daughter prepare for a ski trip. Right from the start we found Nathalie to be very knowledgeable about many aspects of fitness and she was able to suggest a fitness regime to help strengthen my daughter’s weak knees and ankles over 14-16 weeks. That skiing holiday was a complete success with not one injury or twinge of pain! We still regularly use Nathalie to help out with various aspects of my daughters fitness during and between playing seasons. Nathalie is a highly dedicated and motivated professional and I have every confidence in her ability and knowledge.
Nathalie has an amazing ability to work out what your particular body needs, she then works out a routine just for you. It works!! and she makes it fun, what more could you ask for!
Nathalie gave me the confidence to have a go at Pilates following the birth of my son. She showed real insight, energy and knowledge by providing me with all the basic tools and techniques to ‘have a go’ that was tailor made for my specific requirements. As a beginner this helped enormously to get me started and encourage me to keep it up. Whilst there is much more to do, my back and abs have both improved thanks to Nathalie
After giving birth to my baby girl last year, I thought I was going to have a nightmare getting my figure and fitness back but with Nathalie’s tailor-made post-natal training programme, I was back into my skinny jeans in no time! I began training with Nathalie 11 years ago, six months after giving birth to my second son. At the time, I was tired and overweight. Working with Nathalie is the best thing I have done for my health and wellbeing. She is incredibly knowledgeable about health and Fitness and is a gifted motivator. Her understanding about her clients’ needs and goals are what makes her so good at what she does. She guides and encourages you at every step. Her tailor-made excercise programmes are remarkable and realistic. She makes the sessions enjoyable, while still making sure that the sets are completed. She encouraged my daughters to take their fitness levels a notch or two and has worked on their postures and core stability, while gladly giving a few tips or two to any visiting family member. Nathalie knows when to push me and when to take the foot off the pedal. Sessions are varied and very positive and I have felt a massive benefit from training with her. She is constantly giving me directions on eating habits and ensuring that I am keeping them on track. Besides being an incredible personal trainer, she is also an amazing masseur. Her hands are the best in the business and I have experienced some great massages after a workout. She is highly skilled and adept at massaging, and I have been very lucky to have found a trainer and masseur in Nathalie.
