Personal training

Personal training can take place at any time convenient to your schedule, at your home, work or favourite green space. My sessions are 90 minutes and include a massage.

Sessions are paid either in blocks of ten or weekly. Sessions can be once a week or more and can be one to one or for up to three people.
1hour sessions are available,price depends on number of sessions a week.

Jean Lopez has now joined Nathalie he is a qualified Para-Medic and Firefighter who still works part-time but now brings his special brand of training !He writes the fitness programs for the firefighters.Jean is also a qualified swimming instructor LEVEL-4,and surfing instructor and will soon be adding kite-surfing to his teaching repertoire!

Programmes are tailored to your individual needs and include many different methods such as: free weights, Pilates, running, power walking, yoga, ballet work outs, Russian kettle bells, TRX – but all to one end – to bring out the best in you and what you want.

Sessions start at £50.00 for one person,£60.00 for 2 people and £75.00 for 3 people.

Massage sessions start at £60.00 for 1 session and a reduced rate of £50.00 for Personal Training clients.
£20 reduction should you want to book a double massage session.
